About the Fellowship Program
I understand that many colleagues are interested in gaining a closer insight into my surgical approach—not only by observing the procedures themselves, but also by understanding the decision-making process behind each case.
For this reason, we have designed an intensive 5-day Fellowship Program from 23–27 November 2026, combining a dedicated educational day with four full days of operating room experience.
The program will begin with a full day of lectures and an interactive Q&A session, during which I will discuss my approach to primary and secondary rhinoplasty, surgical planning, techniques, and case-specific decision-making.
Over the following four days, I will perform a total of 7 rhinoplasty surgeries: 5 primary and 2 secondary cases. Fellows will have the opportunity to accompany me throughout these surgical days and gain first-hand insight into the complete patient journey—from preoperative assessment and surgical strategy to the operation itself and postoperative management.
The aim is to provide participants with an opportunity to experience how I approach an entire surgical day, understand the reasoning behind different techniques, and observe how surgical plans are adapted to the individual needs of each patient.

Monday, 23 November — Lectures & Interactive Q&A
The Fellowship Program begins with a dedicated educational day led by Prof. Dr. Nazım Çerkeş.
The day will include lectures covering key aspects of primary and secondary rhinoplasty, surgical planning, case analysis, operative strategies, and technical decision-making.
An interactive Q&A session will allow fellows to discuss surgical concepts, challenging cases, and specific aspects of rhinoplasty directly with Prof. Dr. Çerkeş.
Tuesday, 24 November — Operating Room Day
2 Primary Rhinoplasty Cases
Fellows will observe two primary rhinoplasty procedures and follow the complete surgical workflow, including preoperative evaluation, surgical planning, operative technique, and postoperative considerations.
Wednesday, 25 November — Operating Room Day
1 Secondary Rhinoplasty Case
A full surgical day dedicated to a secondary rhinoplasty case, providing the opportunity to observe the assessment, planning, and surgical management of a more complex revision case.
Thursday, 26 November — Operating Room Day
2 Primary Rhinoplasty Cases
Two additional primary rhinoplasty procedures, allowing fellows to compare different anatomies, indications, surgical plans, and techniques.
Friday, 27 November — Operating Room Day
1 Secondary Rhinoplasty Case
The Fellowship concludes with a secondary rhinoplasty procedure, offering further exposure to revision surgery and the strategic decision-making required in complex cases.
What Fellows Will Experience
Throughout the program, fellows will have the opportunity to observe 6 complete rhinoplasty cases, gain exposure to both primary and secondary rhinoplasty, and closely follow Prof. Dr. Nazım Çerkeş’s approach to preoperative analysis, surgical planning, intraoperative decision-making, operative techniques, and postoperative management.
Rather than observing isolated surgical techniques, the program is designed to provide a comprehensive view of the entire rhinoplasty process—from patient assessment and strategy to surgery and postoperative care.
